New Gluten Free Resources
When you're gluten free, you tend to celebrate new things becoming gluten free. Here are some of my favorites!

Having celiac can make it hard to find any kind of food to eat. It's especially hard when all of your favorite things have gluten in them! That's why I love finding options that are delicious and gluten free.
There are two new places that have recently opened that sell gluten free food and new options at Walmart that are absolutely delicious.
Nix

Nix is a new company in the St. George area that is completely gluten free,
They don't have a physical location yet, but every week they do deliveries in St. George through an online ordering system. Each week they update their options and it can be things from breads, cookies, cinnamon rolls and more!

Here are some pictures from their website showcasing their beautiful foods!
Each option is absolutely delicious and if you are like me and miss any of these tasty treats, you definitely want to try all of them.
Aubergine Kitchen

Aubergine Kitchen is a gluten free restaurant that has just opened in St. George, Utah. It has many different options to choose from that can also be dairy free, vegan, and nut free.
Their goal was to make healthy food taste good in order to change lives. While they do have some items that contain gluten, it's only a small amount and it shouldn't affect your eating experience.
New to Walmart

Walmart is the main place that I shop, like many of you. But I tend to get frustrated that there aren't many gluten free options for quick meals, snacks, or really much else.
So, when I came across these two items while grocery shopping the other week, I was ecstatic.
Beecher's "World's Best" Mac & Cheese is to die for. You can cook it in the oven or the microwave, and it is heavenly. I would buy the whole store's stock if I had the chance.
Another life changer for me is brand new as of this week: gluten free mint Oreos. Mint Oreos were my favorite treat before I had celiac, so to find these has been fantastic. I bought three boxes and they lasted me barely a week!
So, if anyone from Walmart is reading, please keep making these options available to us! And for everyone else, go try my recommendations, you won't regret it!
