About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb venison steak
2 TBSP vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 of medium white onion
1 medium sliced tomato
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP white vinegar
cooked white rice
french fries (homemade or frozen)
Preparation
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in large pan and add steak. Season with salt and pepper to taste
Keep turning the steak until cooked evenly, about 5 minutes, then remove from pan
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and then add the onions. Cook until softened and brown
Add in sliced tomato and garlic, cook for additional 5-7 minutes until tomatoes have released juices
Add in the soy sauce and vinegar. Stir and then cook for 1 minute
Add back in the steak and combine
Place steak and sauce onto cooked white rice and then top with cooked french fries
