About the Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb venison steak

  2. 2 TBSP vegetable oil

  3. salt and pepper to taste

  4. 1/2 of medium white onion

  5. 1 medium sliced tomato

  6. 2 cloves of minced garlic

  7. 2 TBSP soy sauce

  8. 1 TBSP white vinegar

  9. cooked white rice

  10. french fries (homemade or frozen)

Preparation

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in large pan and add steak. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  2. Keep turning the steak until cooked evenly, about 5 minutes, then remove from pan

  3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and then add the onions. Cook until softened and brown

  4. Add in sliced tomato and garlic, cook for additional 5-7 minutes until tomatoes have released juices

  5. Add in the soy sauce and vinegar. Stir and then cook for 1 minute

  6. Add back in the steak and combine

  7. Place steak and sauce onto cooked white rice and then top with cooked french fries

  8. Enjoy!
