Making things gluten free doesn't mean they have to be perfect, but they are something at least

In the past few years, the availability and quality of gluten free food has increased dramatically.

I remember when I started going gluten free and there really weren't very many great options for me in stores or when I go out to eat. But with the increase of celiac, gluten intolerance, and gluten free diets, there are many companies who have answered the call.

Now that we have a larger group of people, we have also started to speak up about things that we want. We also are starting a trend where we make petition videos for companies to make things gluten free.

Cheez-it

Cheez-it crackers

Gluten free off-brand cheez-its are not nearly as good.

They tend to be dry, lacking the classic taste, and they just are kind of a let down when it comes to it.

If Cheez-it would try making things gluten free it would be simply fantastic. Plus, there would be so many people who would buy them.

So Cheez-It, if you're listening, it doesn't have to be perfect, but just something would be great!

Gold fish

Ok I love my cheesy snacks.

Goldfish were my #1 snack probably until I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. There aren't even really gluten free options that are even close to goldfish.

If they came out with these as gluten free, I can honestly say I would run to the store and buy them in bulk.

So Goldfish, if you're listening, it doesn't have to be perfect, but just something would be great!

Better bread

Don't get me wrong, I am beyond glad that there is gluten free bread, and it actually tastes good.

The issue that I, and a lot of people, have is that the slices and loaf are way too small. And there are times where there is no more bread in the store or restaurant so you have to use lettuce as bread instead.

So to all the gluten free bread companies, if you're listening, it doesn't have to be perfect, but just fixing it a little would be great!
